Whats the process to buy a car?

Buying a car is simple and hassle free. Just use our website to find the car you are after and we would then recommend reserving it online for just £199 with a fully refundable deposit. Then we'll contact you to either complete the purchase or to arrange an appointment to come and see the car and allow you to test drive. If you are not sure what you want, then simply call us to book an appointment and you can come in and view all of our vehicles. If you have a part exchange we can value that online or in store. We can also offer finance (subject to status). We'll then complete your transaction by handing over your new car either on the same day (where possible) or at an appointed time which is more convenient for you.

Can I reserve online?

Yes you can. You can reserve a vehicle using our website for just £199.

Can I see the car before I buy it?

Yes of course! Simply call us on 01525 405000 to arrange an appointment.

Do I need an appointment to visit your store?

We always recommend to book an appointment to avoid disappointment. It is not uncommon to be fully booked and pre arranged appointments are given priority. We offer appointments 7 days a week.

Can I negotiate the price?

There's no need! We offer a transparent and haggle free experience. We list all of our car at our best prices, meaning you are always getting the best deal.

Can I pick up my car and drive away the same day?

In the majority of cases yes. Most of our vehicles are ready to drive away. However some vehicles may not be quite ready on the day. If the vehicle is not quite ready, we aim to try and have the vehicle ready within 5 working days. If you are looking to take the vehicle the same day as your appointment, please advise us of this when booking and we will aim to ensure this vehicle is ready for you if possible.

What documents / things do I need to remember to bring with me when I collect my car?

A member of our team will go through the required proofs with you during your sale process. We will always need some form of official photo ID and the documents for your part exchange, if you're part exchanging with us. Please let us know if any of this is a problem and we can try to find a solution with you.
